Quick, low salicylate salsa for serving with BBQ salmon or other fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 pear halves in syrup (finely chopped)
  • Equal quantity paw paw (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Quantity lemon juice substitute (Refer to Basics Page)
  • Sea salt
  • 1 spring onion (finely chopped)

Directions

1. Combine the pear, pawpaw, spring onion and lemon juice substitute in a bowl.
2. Season with sea salt.
3. Serve with BBQ salmon or other fish.
