BBQ Whole Chicken and Potato, Egg and Bacon Salad
It’s been an interesting week food wise. On Sunday I went to a Thermomix party. I met R, the hostess, through Freecycle where I had used my Oscar’s Mum email. R has 2 kids on the RPAH elimination diet and her husband had recently found my website and R had found the book Oscar’s Lunch box – so I had to be one of those Oscar’s Mums! I really enjoyed the demo and was surprised that it really could do all those things – very impressive! I also got some good recipe ideas from R and her friends. The other exciting development is at Oscar’s day care centre where they are trialling a new caterer, who deals with allergies and intolerances.
