Castlemaine Dips – Parsley and Garlic Dip (Low Chemical/Failsafe)
Once again Maxi Supermarket has delivered another addition to our pantry – or fridge in this case. Prior to Oscar’s birthday party I discovered Castlemaine dips Mediterranean Carrot dip, which contains some high and very high salicylate ingredients. This time I discovered their Parsely and Garlic dip, which is completely Low Chemical / Failsafe The ingredients are neufchatel cheese, sour cream, sunflower oil, garlic, parsley (3%) and salt. Neufchatel cheese is similar to cream cheese and is listed in the RPAH handbook as being low chemical.
