Meatloaf in Sauce
Usually when my Mum cooks for Oscar he refuses to eat what she makes (except for cakes, biscuits and pancakes), so when she made meatloaf and he ate two serves then wanted it again the next night I knew she was onto a winner. This isn’t my Mum’s recipe – she used condensed milk (!) and chicken mince (I used beef and pork) – and I was told it wasn’t as good, but he did eat it, and hubby and I really enjoyed it.
