Australia Day Green and Gold Bean Salad and Pear Slushies (kids and adult’s version)

Pear Slushy

Last week we had a fridge full of fresh beans (from our garden and my parents garden) so I decided to make my Green Bean Salad.  This is one of my favourite salads and favourite ways to eat beans.  It is also very easy and quick to make.  We had both butter beans and green beans on hand so that’s what I used.  Once it was made I realised it was quite patriotic and worthy of reposting for Australia Day (it is also one of my oldest posts and has been hiding away in my archives for a while).  I finally remembered to take a photo of it as well!
