Creamy Swede Bake
This swede bake is a really lovely alternative to mashed swede, although it does require a bit more effort. I’m a big swede fan, even before the diet, but hubby who is not a lover of swede was very complimentary of this one and Oscar ate all of his too (with just the usual anti-vegetable complaints).
