Quick, low salicylate salsa for serving with BBQ salmon or other fish.
Ingredients
- 4 pear halves in syrup (finely chopped)
- Equal quantity paw paw (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Quantity lemon juice substitute (Refer to Basics Page)
- Sea salt
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
Directions
| 1. | Combine the pear, pawpaw, spring onion and lemon juice substitute in a bowl. |
| 2. | Season with sea salt. |
| 3. | Serve with BBQ salmon or other fish. |
