A few weeks ago we somehow managed to end up with three dozen eggs in the fridge, so rather than just make a quiche I had a search for something a bit different and found this Bacon and egg pierecipe on taste.com.au, which had the added advantage of using up the last of a loaf of bread that was getting a bit old.  It tasted a bit like pizza, so we have called it Pizza Pie.  Oscar like this pie so much he asked if he could take it for day care lunch

    Ingredients
- 8 Slices wholemeal bread (crusts removed)
 - 250g preservative-free bacon (rind and fat removed, chopped)
 - 1 Small leek (coarsely chopped)
 - 4 egg whites (lightly whisked)
 - 4 eggs
 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
 - 1/2 cup light tasty cheese (grated)
 - salt
