Low salicylate BBQ salmon recipe.
- Tail piece of salmon (1 piece per person)
- Crushed garlic
||Place the salmon skin side down on the hot plate or grill of a BBQ. Smear crushed garlic over the top side of the salmon. |
||Cook each side for 2 minutes. |
