Low salicylate recipe for fresh scallops on the BBQ.


  • 300g fresh scallops (roe left on)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Minced garlic


1. Mix the butter and garlic together.
2. Place the garlic butter onto the hot plate of the BBQ and allow to melt.
3. Add scallops and cook each side for 1 minute.
4. Serve immediately.
