Low salicylate hummus or chickpea dip
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
- 1 can chickpeas (420g, drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Citric Acid
- 2 tablespoons Pear sauce
- pinch Salt
Directions
| 1. | Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. |
| 2. | Store in a sealed container in the fridge. |
