Pear Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Citric Acid
  • 2 teaspoons Hot water
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup Pear juice (Refer to Basics Page)
  • Ground sea salt

Directions

1. Dissolve the citric acid in the hot water.
2. Combine the oil, juice, citric acid and salt in a jar. Shake to mix well.
3. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
