Oscar is off to the dietician tomorrow for a review, so we have been keeping a food diary for the past week to track what he eats. This is what we gave him to eat, not necessarily what he did eat!
Day 1
Breakfast: Porridge with milk and pears in syrup and banana, milk to drink
Morning Tea: Cheese toasties
Lunch: Cheese toasties, banana, milk to drink
Afternoon Tea: Yogo, banana
Dinner: Chicken and vegetable lasagne with mashed potato and carrot, lemonade and mineral water to drink
Dessert: Banana, pear and paw paw with ice cream
Snack: milk to drink
Day 2
Breakfast: Porridge with milk and pear halves, milk to drink
Morning Tea: fresh pear and banana
Lunch: Chicken and Vegetable Lasagne
Afternoon Tea: Sandwiches with pear and vanilla jam
Snacks: Shredded Wheatmeal biscuits, milk to drink
Dinner: Tuna Rissoles with lentils and mashed potato and swede, lemonade and mineral water to drink
Dessert: Pear and white chocolate muffin with custard and ice cream
Snack: Milk to drink
Day 3
Breakfast:: Muesli with milk and pears in syrup, milk to drink
Morning Tea: Toast with Vanilla and Pear jam
Lunch: Tuna Rissoles with lentils and mashed potato and swede
Afternoon Tea: Shredded Wheatmeal biscuits, milk to drink
Dinner: Scrambled eggs on toast, lemonade and mineral water to drink
Dessert: Banana and pear with ice cream
Snack: Dried fruit, milk to drink
Day 4
Breakfast: Rice bubbles and millet rings with milk and pears in syrup, milk to drink
Morning Tea: Shredded Wheatmeal biscuits, croissant with pear and vanilla jam, milk to drink
Lunch: Banana milkshake, cheese toastie
Afternoon Tea: Banana and Oat Muffin with margarine
Dinner: Roast chicken with potato, swede, carrot and peas, lemonade and mineral water to drink
Dessert: Le Rice with banana and pear, ice cream
Snack: Milk to drink
Day 5
Breakfast: Crumpets and toast with pear and vanilla jam, milk to drink
Morning Tea: Le Rice, Choc-banana milkshake
Lunch: Cheese toastie, dried fruit
Afternoon Tea: Banana and Oat Muffin, milk to drink
Snack: Milk Coffee biscuit
Dinner: Chicken and Vegetable Pizza, lemonade and mineral water to drink
Dessert: Pear, Apple and Ricotta slice with ice cream and pears in syrup
Snack: milk to drink
