Yogo Tarts

After making the Chicken, Leek and Potato pie, I had some left over pastry.  Searching the pantry for something to do with it, I found some yogo that had reached its best before date and a few crushed teddy bear biscuits in the bottom of the biscuit tin.  The result was Chocolate Custard tarts.
