Chunky barbecue chips.
Ingredients
- 4-5 Medium potatoes (peeled)
- Canola oil spray
Optional
- Salt
Directions
| 1. | Partially boil the potatoes whole in salted water. Drain and allow to cool slightly. |
| 2. | Slice the potatoes thickly and spray both sides with the canola oil. |
| 3. | Cook on the BBQ until cooked through, about 10 minutes,turning part way through. |
| 4. | Sprinkle with salt (optional) before serving immediately. |
