Low salicylate recipe for fresh scallops on the BBQ.
Ingredients
- 300g fresh scallops (roe left on)
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
Directions
| 1. | Mix the butter and garlic together. |
| 2. | Place the garlic butter onto the hot plate of the BBQ and allow to melt. |
| 3. | Add scallops and cook each side for 1 minute. |
| 4. | Serve immediately. |
